Oenone worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the National Health Service in London for 17 years prior to moving to France to accompany her husband in 1998. In 2003, having obtained equivalence for her qualifications, Oenone was recruited to coordinate a clinical research project on Prader-Willi syndrome in France. Oenone has been closely involved in the instigation of the European data base and is a regular contributor at the European project meetings. Oenone is based in Marseille, with Françoise Muscatelli (coordinator of the basic science component of the European project), but travels throughout France visiting families with a child or an adult with PWS. So far she has collected clinical data from 165 families. She has recently published data concerning early development in human PWS. Oenone lives with her husband and 3 children near Marseille.
